V Factor initially created a set of schematic designs and a small physical 3d model to illustrate our vision for the stand. Through close discussion with our client, we were able to quickly finalise the stand design and put this into a lengthy period of production with the stand builders.
We we also tasked with producing a list of merchandise and activities that would need to be created specifically for the show. This incorporated a self running video to be displayed on a large LED monitor [see opposite], a large interactive touch screen display – containing many support videos for B.I.G.’s customers and also a suite of literature to be presented in a bespoke pack for the exhibition.
At the N.E.C, the V Factor team were on-hand throughout the construction of the stand and also for the duration of the show – to act as on-site support to B.I.G.’s stand representatives if a problem arose. However, due to our meticulous planning up to the exhibition itself, meant that there were no real dramas and the show was a success. So much so, V Factor Creative have already been retained to manage B.I.G.’s presence at the N.E.C next year.
